Rental Rates & occupancy terms

  • The Chocorua House is available to rent year-round for weekend or full-week stays. 
  • The Rental Prices are for a maximum of 11 people.
  • ​A minimum stay of two nights is required.

  • All summer rentals from June 15 thru Labor Day are weekly rentals only. 
  • 25% of the rental fee is required at the confirmation of the booking date.  The remainder of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival (unless booked less than 30 days in advance, then total due upon returning contract).  
  • A cleaning fee of $240 is required (end of stay clean, laundry service and trash removal), along with a refundable security deposit of $400, payable at the time of booking, in addition to the rental deposit.
  • Damages exceeding the security deposit will be billed directly to the tenant.
  • We ask that the House be left in the same condition as found upon arrival.
